My experience at this property was excellent. The location is unbeatable, very close to everything you need and in a safe and quiet area. The house was impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable and with all the details taken care of. From the first moment, the host was very attentive, kind and professional, always available for any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, pleasant and carefree stay.

Lorena was a great host. The place was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the few times I needed to communicate with her, she responded almost immediately. The neighborhood is great, very walkable with tons to do. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Great place to visit museums and walk around the neighborhood. An amazing building to rest after a long day in the city. Wonderful pool to do some laps.

Location and condo was great.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

I had a good experience in this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality and care in every detail of the place. The apartment was impeccable, perfectly equipped and very well decorated, which made you feel at home from the first minute. What really stood out was the comfort of the bed, I had never slept so well in a place other than my home! The sheets are of excellent quality and the mattress is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and high quality stay. I hope that the next time I return to Mexico City this apartment will be available. Thanks to Arturo and his team for such a positive experience, they were always looking out for us and communication was very fast!

Everything was excellent! On the day of arrival I felt a little abandoned on the cell phone but nothing else was my nerves because the instructions that Monica gave me the day before were incredibly precise and everything happened as she described it. Wonderful place!

The place is very relaxing and much better than what you can even see in the photographs. Communication was always cordial and constant, and they also helped me with a beautiful gift for my wife for her birthday, I highly recommend it.

The room is very quiet. Location is convenient if rent a car. Very closed to Santa Fe.

My partner and I had a three night stay here and it was really perfect for a weekend trip. Josue was super kind and responsive -- they received my luggage before the official check in time, and then again on my out, they let me store my bag there after check out. I highly recommend the place, very comfortable and with everything you need. It looked quiet. The host always in communication, we were even able to leave our vehicle in the building parking.

If you plan to use the terrace this is the ideal apartment, very pleasant to work, have calls or cook a barbecue. The room is ok, some pipe smell in the bathroom, the crockery is fair, it could have a couple of plates, glasses and knives more, but it meets the need. It has an armchair bed in the living room that works great for the case of requiring it for a third person.
