House with large and cozy downstairs space. Outside there is a large terrace with seating and a view of the beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond and various nooks. On the 3rd floor, small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Take advantage of the pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. We are happy to lend equipment for everything.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.
