We had a great time on Balboa Island- the place was comfortable and clean, and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Travis & Trisha were very accommodating and their place was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfect for our getaway and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location in prime CDM, a well designed floor plan, premium features, and hosts that are most responsive and attentive. Excellent experience all around!

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

This was probably our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed at to date! Amazing location, you are literally steps from the beach. Newport is such a great area!Took a short 10 minute walk to pick up coffee and bagels in the morning, and ate on the private upper deck. Beds were super comfortable! Hosts were always friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend, easy 5 stars all around. Thank you!

Stayed here with three friends and had the best and most relaxing time. The views are unbeatable, and the private beach access makes this rental feel like a true get-away. We had everything we needed in the home— we went to dinner one night and cooked one night. They had all the essentials in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable, they had towels and beach gear ready to use, and we loved being able to use the firepit each night. The home is very charming and was spotless when we got there. We had an incredible stay! Would absolutely come back and definitely recommend for other groups of 2-5.

Great spot with so many restaurants and coffee spots and the beach within walking distance. The place is cozy and bright — a delightful beach-town studio. There’s definitely some traffic noise (as described) but the white noise machine was perfect at night and we slept soundly. Definitely recommend!

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

I have no hesitation giving this property a 5 star review. From the moment we booked, to checking out, our Host Tina was terrific. She made the entire process easy, and her communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch (we even got to meet her in person as we were leaving). As so many previous guests have already stated, the location is perfect. Great restaurants, shops, art galleries, a Ralph’s and Whole Foods market, and the beach, are all within easy walking distance. Although there is a car port you won’t need a vehicle because the best of Laguna Beach is literally a few minutes away. The ocean view is the cherry on top, of course, but the unit also comes with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The kitchen is more than adequate if you feel like cooking although you are literally surrounded by some of Laguna Beach‘s finest dining. A Perfect Stay! I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail had been thought through, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host Janet was prompt and friendly throughout. The neighborhood was close to everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and attractions. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Place was great! Regine was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even when answering questions that were explained within the instructions in the apartment. Location was amazing and we definitely would stay here again.

This unit within Hamilton Cove has been our best vacation yet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The entire unit felt clean and was very spacious for me and my now wife. The golf kart was a plus - it was a short 5-8 minute ride into downtown. Hosts were responsive. Definitely will be coming back to stay here again!!

This place was definitely worth it, walking distance to the beach and the pool made it a favorite for us. Paul provided lots of fun beach accessories for us to use and the condo was clean and had what you needed. The patio is nice to have breakfast on and though the sliding door was really hard to open/close Paul said they were expecting a new one. It was so nice to have a refreshing outdoor space but just a bummer that due to the landscaping project it was a lil bit loud during the daytime when coming back to recoup but that’s kinda out of anyone’s control. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

Tiffany is an incredible host. She is easy to communicate with and was proactive informing you of what to expect, easy instructions both checking in and out, as well as recommendations. She answered any questions I had in a timely matter to. The golf cart is a great addition as well to easily get to Avalon. Bottom line up front everything was very simple so that my girlfriend and I were able to fully enjoy our stay on the island. The villa was beautiful just like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend booking with Tiffany at her villa in Hamilton Cove. Just a heads up if you’re going to eat on the balcony don’t leave any food unattended for a second or the birds will swoop it. They’re watching and waiting for an opportunity. Happened to me lol. Thank you again Tiffany for making our trip so much easier to enjoy.

The place was beautiful! There was an amazing view. The place was nice and cozy, the perfect place to relax and soak in the view. The poo and hot tub was also very convenient.
