The house has three well-decorated en-suites, each with a queen-size bed, accommodating up to 6 people (8 with extra mattresses). The outdoor area has a barbecue, freezer, wood oven/stove, swimming pool, sauna and a huge lawn space, giving access to a beautiful river.

Its structure features a full kitchen, private bathroom, accommodation in a double box bed + triliche + comfortable sofa bed, record player for vinyls (with Bluetooth), as well as a deck with a sunset view. The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
