Excellent place to stay. it was very relaxing and near the poblado.

Stunning home, with breathtaking views. Up in the hills, but a short drive from town. The management company was lovely to deal with - we stayed during a holiday weekend, and they were still available the whole time. Special thanks to Rut, for making everything seamless and easy. Already trying to find a time to return.

Sonia siempre fue mi amable y muy atenta, amamos la residencia, limpia organizada y bien equipada. Nos sentíamos como en nuestro hogar! La ubicación es bien céntrica. El fin de semana que nos quedamos Puerto Rico tuvo un apagón y la casa de Sonia tenía su generador que gracias a eso pudimos tener una mini vacaciones espectaculares! Volveríamos a su residencia nuevamente!

Lisa is a wonderful host and very proactive in her communications. We arrived on the day of the island wide blackout and Lisa had already sent a message while we were driving to let us know that the generator was running; a few other additional instructions; and the maintenance man, Juan, would be by the next day to check on things. We were so thankful to have the generator (even though we used it sparingly) and the pool. Even with the blackout we were operating pretty normally. Lisa’s place is the best! We have stayed at another house she used to host on the same street but this was hands down way better! It has everything you need from a full kitchen of everything you need for cooking inside and outside; pool and beach toys/supplies. We loved our time at the beach/pool during the day and in the backyard living space at night. The balcony was also lovely for morning coffee and evening drinks. The house is also walkable to the square. We can’t wait to come back again!!!!

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

Great place to stay with extended family. The private pool and patio for the building were amazing! Being close to hotel was another bonus. 1/2 mile to town so walkable. Apartment P4 has the best access to pool.

We absolutely loved this space, it was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was extremely clean and exactly how it was explained. Leanne was very responsive to any messages we sent. This is our 3rd trip to Rincon and by far our favorite stay!!

We absolutely loved staying at Christian’s property. He responded to us quickly when we reached out for help with finding the property when we first arrived. Responded within minutes. The property is picturesque and has great amenities- in ground pool, outdoor lounge area, two kitchens, large living room, beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. We felt comfortable and we were a big group of adults and small children. The downtown area and beaches were a short 8-10 minute drive. We felt accommodated and would stay there again. 100% would recommend this Airbnb.

This was such a beautiful house, located on the top of the mountain overlooking Rincon! You get the view of the ocean and the mountains around, it’s spectacular! It was a quick drive to beaches, and restaurants. Sometimes the road to get up to the house was a little steep and curvy, but other than that never had a problem getting there! I would recommend this house over and over again! Host was super helpful and responsive at any hour of the day! I can’t wait to be back!

Emanuela's house is way over the top of what I was expecting, clean, beautiful views, easy to find, extremely relaxing. Emanuela was extremely attentive to all my messages to the point the she really make me feel at home. Thanks so much Emanuela for everything!!! I totally recommend her house 100%. We will definitely be renting her house on our next family vacation to Puerto Rico. Breakfast recommended by Emanuela (Ricomini bakery) was amazing and Rincon Lighthouse for a beautiful sunset with the companion of some delicious drinks at the restaurant. OVERALL, We will see you again Emanuela😀😀

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was magical to say the least. This place is super beautiful and cozy. We would strongly recommend it! In the beginning, it was a little tricky finding the Airbnb since it’s in the mountains and the driveway is a little hidden but we were able to figure it out quickly and once we did we fell in love with the property right away! Manuel is very responsive and was able to resolve small issues/concerns right away. The pool was majestic with the hibiscus trees and palm trees surrounding it and cute little farm animals right behind the fence in the backyard made it that much more special and a unique experience that we will cherish forever. We saw an iguana, hummingbirds and coquis! Truly was breathtaking the view from the mountains at this place. It was really nice that they provide a cooler, beach chairs/umbrellas, and a lot more to use at the pool and/or beach. We would definitely stay here again. Muchas gracias!

The beautiful view, private, quiet and clean environment made it so we looked forward to returning“home” every day after our adventures. The attention to detail of making every corner of this property feel cozy, clean and perfect is what draws us back here. The kitchen has everything you need and it’s hard not to want to cook while overlooking the ocean and sunset. The breeze and bird sounds make sitting in all the outdoor areas so enjoyable. Overall incredible and we will continue to return to this amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The quiet neighborhood and the private patio were great for relaxing. We saw quiet a bit of wildlife and got to meet the friendly neighborhood dogs. The place had everything you needed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a workplace and comfy living room. The place is only a 10 minutes drive to Rincon, plenty of restaurants around and close to all nearby beaches. The communication with Alex was great, she was always friendly and was able to answer all our questions.
