The parking on the property is endless. This home is located on a 5 acre lot, with a beautiful wrap around porch. The front porch is a perfect to wake up and have coffee on. There will be light traffic in and out of the property. This is because there is a small fire wood operation that takes place.

My stay at the Grafton Inn was perfect. Every corner of the place was immaculately clean, the bed, pillows and towels were bright white and felt soft and luxurious. There were plenty of extra towels, a fully stocked kitchen and a few extras like bottled water, coffee and tea. The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful and serene. Anthony was a very kind, gracious and responsive host. I plan for this to be my first of many future visits.

Echoing what has already been said in the reviews: Great place, beautiful piece of land, nice to be a bit out of the fray but close to Troy/Albany for events etc. A few additional wins: the house was almost completely baby-proofed with gates at most of the stairways, board books, and lots of kids utensils/plates. We really appreciated this piece! It was also wonderful to have three floors which allowed us to keep sleeping adults upstairs and wakeful kids downstairs! Really a lovely spot.

The inn was beautiful inside, the door to enter is down a little brick paved alley so it is set back from the street, which is very nice. The street itself is still a work in progress. There is still a lot of fixing up going on so it may seem a bit disconcerting, but step inside the inn and all your worries will melt away. It was quiet (because it is set back from the street) and very clean, beautiful and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and a lovely breakfast the next morning: nice yogurts, fresh fruit and granola, juice and tea and coffee and muffins, fresh from a bakery that morning! We will certainly stay there again when we visit our son at RPI!
