Nice ground floor unit in a quiet small block located minutes from the main precinct beaches and the esplanade. There is NO parking in the lane but free on-street parking and it's a flat 5-minute walk from the train station. The unit has Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for your use. I've added a high chair and travel cot. There is a mattress topper, in case you find the mattress too firm. I prefer long term stays, and there are discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

My unit is number 5. I won't be there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.
