There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The cabbage tree cottage is located in Luggate just out of Wanaka the cottage is on our property where our family lives we have 2 kids a super friendly dog + 2 chickens. The cottage is in front of our main house we always respect our guests privacy yet we are here if they need anything. Luggate is a 10 min drive to lake Wanaka it is a cute community close to the Clutha river and beautiful walking tracks The historic luggate pub is just a short walk down the road offering meals and drinks .
