The apartment is well-located. It's on the third floor, so you have to climb stairs. On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher shop across the street, stores, etc. The apartment is close to downtown Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the city's main hospital. It has 1 parking space. The outdoor areas are under renovation, so it is still ugly. I ask for your understanding because the apartment will be worth it. Located in the Águas Santas neighborhood, 15 km from the historic center of Tiradentes and 10 km from the historic center of São João del Rei. The Dome consists of a large living room with a mezzanine and a kitchen.
