On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher's face, shops, etc. The apartment is close to the centre of Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the main hospital of the city. We offer full linens, household and kitchen utensils. Breakfast will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance. The House is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 5 minute drive . We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

Suite located in the sub-district chapada community of Lavras Novas, within the grounds of host Maria, is 2 km from a beautiful waterfall. It is a very quiet and pleasant place, a family environment, for people who want to enjoy a comfortable rustic environment. The Suite has 50m² , features a hot tub, TV, Queen Size bed, sofa bed, microwave, table and minibar. Breakfast is served in the kitchen of hostess Maria and is included in the daily rate.

Chalé cozchegante located near Estrada Real, about 3 km from the center of Tiradentes and 1.5 km from the Bom Despacho waterfall, near the entrances of the post and mangrove trails. With a balcony, small kitchen, mezzanine and outdoor patio with lots of green. We have two other small chalets in our space. If you are traveling with a larger group of people and want to meet them, just ask us and we will be happy to introduce them!
