Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

You can enjoy the calm of the place or be surprised by one of the many hiking trails. They will take you to the heart of the bocage, marshes, and historical sites related to the DDAY. Its exceptional location will immerse you in the atmosphere of the 1940s. Nestled in the center of the Bay of Cotentin, you will appreciate the proximity to all services: shops, restaurants, entertainment, museum, walks, etc.

Le Gîte du Cotentin est idéalement situé pour découvrir toutes les beautés de notre région. Notre presbytère possède également une chambre d'hôtes pour 2 personnes. Nous sommes à deux pas des marais du Cotentin et à 15 km des plages du débarquement. Sainte-Mère église est très proche à seulement 8 km de notre propriété. Notre gîte est au calme, à la campagne, à 1,5 km du bourg où sont situés tous les commerces.
