Completely renovated house, completed in September 2025, designed for your comfort. Arranged in an atypical way to enjoy a permanent light, the living room and the master bedroom (bed 160cm) are upstairs, under a glass roof. In the living room: TV with box and wifi + Wii console, games, books and wood stove for harsh winter evenings. Equipped kitchen: microwave/grill, induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, machine for monsieur croque, Airfryer. Plenty of storage for your food. On the ground floor: entrance, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with WC and bathtub + washing machine. Baby bed with sheets on request. Finally, rare in the city center, the accommodation benefits from an outdoor space and a lockable sheltered parking. You will also find a garden table and lounge chairs.
