This stay was more then we expected! It had everything we needed and more. My kids were either down at the dock to fish or using the Kayaks that were at the house or our standup paddle board. I will be telling everyone about our stay and I hope to stay again soon!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home it was exactly what my family needed.

You will not regret booking this place! It was everything you could possibly need for a home away from home in a GORGEOUS place. The beautiful lake was visible from the sunroom and there were so many games and amenities that made it feel like home. It was very clean and had lots of water toys to play with as well. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. We absolutely loved disconnecting here and appreciated all the little touches like blankets in every corner and firewood and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views from the living room ( by the nice wood fireplace) and the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked and is a great place for cooking as a group. The dining room easily seated our group of 6 adults and a toddler. Beds were comfortable. As noted by others, the upstairs master bedroom is an open loft, though there is a large walk in closet and bathroom up there. We loved our stay and might well return for a visit in a different season!

Great relaxed vibe in a peaceful setting. Lots of beautiful country driving. Crystal is extremely welcoming and prepared for visitors with dogs. Our puppies loved their stay as much as we did. Lots of supplies and amenities. We had everything we needed to sit by the fire and play games on the porch. The property was sprayed for mosquitos and it was completely comfortable and relaxing. The binder had helpful information and suggestions. Great coffee bar. We had a wonderful weekend and we hope to return. Thanks Crystal. 😀

Our stay was phenomenal, the place was very clean and the king bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Would definitely book again!

Dan’s location was the perfect setting for a great vacation… Kasomo lake is private, quiet, relaxing and very beautiful! His cottage is comfortable, quaint and contains everything you need to get away yet feel like you are home. Dan was beyond helpful and responsive. We are already planning an Autumn vacation back to Dan’s. If you need some rest/play in Vilas county, this is your place!

Amy's cabin was a perfect little getaway for a couple or small family. The nearby beach area was beautiful and Rhinelander was a short drive away. Amy and Tyler were communicative and left clear instructions.

Peaceful, great location and pet friendly. Near numerous Ice Age trails for hiking and lakes for fishing. Clean and well stocked with essentials for cooking. Comfortable bed and shower has great water pressure. Firewood provided for nighttime fires and star gazing. Deck overlooks trees and has patio table and cushioned chairs for playing games and relaxing. Would definitely come back here with our dog.

We had an excellent stay at Charles place. Very peaceful quiet place to stay. House was very clean with everything needed for our stay provided in the house. Host communicated very well, would recommend staying at this cabin!

The stay was wonderful. Cabin was as described and clean. Dock was in and ready to use and the yard was clean. We did have 2 dogs (friendly) that came by us that weren’t ours, but weren’t a nuisance to us at all. Overall it was a wonderful stay and the hosts responded quickly to the few questions I had!

My boyfriend, our dog, and I enjoyed our stay here. It was an amazing time away from home in such a peaceful location. Everything was perfect about our stay and we exploring everything outside of the property and everything that was on the property. We loved walking around the property and enjoying time at the fire pit outside of our hut we stayed at. Bob and Laura were incredibly kind and accommodating towards us and made our stay with them 100% better. The place was beautiful and very clean! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays as it was incredibly unique and unlike anything we’d seen before!!!

This place is a cozy slice of Heaven . The cabin was the perfect size for 2. Had all the amenities listed and even more homey touches once we peeked around. We didn’t have kids with us but took full advantage of the board games. A round or 3 of Guess Who during dinner was fun :) Went in February but still enjoyed sitting on the porch with a morning coffee and listening to the pileated woodpeckers and owls do their thing . The one and ONLY negative is that the Lake was not conducive to ice fishing. By the time we figured that out, we joked that the neighboring homes were probably watching us with binoculars through their windows getting a good laugh at our expense, :). We found Thunder lake 4 mins away and did end up catching a few. Incredible weekend but now I have the post vacation blues… Living in the city, one gets accustomed to the sounds of sirens and car alarms. What an incredible reset it was to be submerged in the sounds of nature. HIGHLY recommend!

The Cozy Bear Cabin was perfect for our family’s recent getaway! It is fully stocked with anything you might need- kitchen basics, extra pillows/linens, and games for the kiddos. They thought of everything! It is very cozy with lots of comfy sleeping options- our kids loved the loft. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit out back. The cabin is also close to the convenience store and eating places in Crooked Lake. The Cozy Bear is a great place to stay if you’re headed to the north woods!

My husband and I came here for a long weekend to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place! Such a beautiful, immaculately clean, and well-stocked cabin with so many extra special touches! The location was wonderful, no neighbors right on either side of the cabin, so it felt private and was so quiet and peaceful! The leaves were at the height of changing color and made for gorgeous views out on the lake and from the cabin!! (2nd weekend of October) Coffee on the deck with the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings was just perfect! Thank you for everything you did to make our stay so wonderful and responding so quickly to messages and giving great instructions on various things! We cannot wait to come back here again!!

Ross was absolutely amazing! We are t from wi and have metro pcs and had no signal but Ross was quick at helping get us connected to the internet…. He was willing to allow us to host a graduation party we ended up finding a place closer to town for everyone but would have done it there if needed. It’s stunning Ross has done an amazing job keeping his cabin looking nice there’s even a river you can watch going through the yard with safety boards for young children. Thank you Ross for having us and our family we will be booking again

This was our second year at Compostela. We loved it just as much as the first time. It's wonderfully secluded and kitchen is pretty well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. It is so peaceful, makes it hard to go back home.

Really enjoyed this beautiful home and wonderful views. Got to see and hear lots of wild life and just relax. Really enjoyed the open concept of the house . Super clean and super homie feeling.

The place was beautiful, very relaxing . Brody is a great host, no problems at all. The deer watching was the highlight of each morning and evening. We wiill be back again.
