She is a wonderful host who made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her communication was excellent; she responded quickly to any questions we had. The Summer Guesthouse in Darwin was everything we were hoping for from our three-night stay between Kakadu and the Kimberley. The location was really convenient, very close to the major Casuarina shopping centre and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the major attractions of Mindil Beach and the Waterfront area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and extras like Netflix, beautiful swimming pool, and a tranquil Bali-resort style undercover upstairs deck. Eva is a gracious host - welcoming and easily contactable but equally respectful of guests privacy too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and finished our stay having recharged, relaxed and restocked ready for the next leg of our big NT adventure!

We had an amazing weekend at Jo’s property. I would definitely recommend it. Jo and Eve answered inquiries quickly. I have requested for some direction on where to pick up more wood for the fire pit, i got it delivered by the caretaker in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and dedicated staff. Absolutely love it. We will be back for sure.

Nadine’s place was stocked up with everything you could possibly think of, making us feel right at home. It was also nice and close to the shopping centre, just a short walk away and right on the Stuart highway, so nice and easy to get everywhere. I would absolutely recommend Nadine’s place for anyone visiting the area :)

Spotless, superb accommodation with everything you need for a visit to Darwin. Close to the airport and with a lovely ambience this was a fabulous stay! We really liked all the local recommendations and the fact that everything we needed was close at hand. Thank you for a lovely stay Jeanette!

Wonderful place to stay, welcoming and comfortable. Host was great with her communication and answered all my questions quickly. The townhouse was central to my needs and made my stay in Darwin with my dogs stress free. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Darwin.

We couldn't have been happier! So impressed with the setup of the property and it suited our group of 7 perfectly. It is such a simple design but that had a lot to do with its appeal. Having plenty to do is a real plus too, Billiard table and dart board being our favorites! The booklet of rules and instructions was handy and very clear. Best place ever for the sunsets. lovely house accommodated 2 couples, a child, a new born and 2 dogs. hosts were kind enough to let us extend our stay. pool was great on the hot days. Easy to get out to go explore all the great experiences and food Darwin has to offer.

Stewie and Amanda were fantastic hosts. Could not fault them at all. there communication was amazing. We loved the whole house, the day bed around the pool was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy a beer while the kids went swimming. The kitchen is full, it has everything you need. the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake.. made it so easy for us because we didnt have a car and hadn't organised any food by the time we arrived. Great stay! Place is really comfortable. Lots of bugs in the evening but can’t be helped. Just keep the lights off over the table and it’s manageable!

Loved our stay here. Thoughtful & generous hosts who put their visitors' comforts first. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Love the location- close to markets & the beach. Loved the care taken when we arrived to make sure there was everything we might need & more. My favourite stay ever.

A lovely, private and peaceful and clean Airbnb. highly recommend for a stay in Darwin. It was such a cosy place and so well equipped with absolutely everything you need including all cooking gear. I am sensitive to noise and the Airbnb was very quiet. easy access to bus into city and coastal walk in a gorgeous and safe part of Darwin.

We had such a great stay here! The view was better in person and the place exceeded our expectation. Was the best time and we loved every second, felt right at home. Would recommend this place without a doubt!!

Great place to stay, it is one row back from the apartments above the restaurants which we preferred as it can get quite noisy there. Great view from balcony and everything is walking distance. Secure parking was helpful

We arrived in the early hours. Tom made contacted with us that day and told me that he wasn't happy with the cleaner's efforts and offered me some beer to compensate. When he dropped by with it, I was amazed it the size of the carton; more beer than I've ever seen before in my sheltered life. BTW I was unaware of what he perceived as being wrong with the cleaning: it seemed fine by us. Before we booked, I had asked him whether the "standard" TV listed had a HDMI port, as I expected that it wasn't a smart TV. Having received a positive answer, I brought with us a G_oogle TV device so that we could watch iView and SBS on Demand. When he visited us, he offered to bring over another TV to put in the bedroom. We told him not to bother, as we were quite happy with only a TV in the lounge. These two stories demonstrate how accommodating he was to our needs,

Jacinta & Andy are awesome hosts. Very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Their place is spacious and comfortable, and is well equipped with everything you need for a homely stay. It’s also just a short walk to the Fannie Bay shopping complex which is very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and will happily be recommending it. Thank you so much Jacinta and Anthony for letting us stay…we’ll definitely be back :)

Super lovely hosts who met me when I arrived at the property. The unit had everything I needed - microwave, fridge and a very well equipped kitchen. Overall the unit was very spacious with your own seperate space. Thank you Stacey & fam!

Our family loved the Zen House. It was a perfect retreat and close to everything we needed. Everyone had their own private space. The pool was fabulous. There were a few maintenance issues which were quickly dealt with by Benji and his team who were very responsive, friendly and respectful. Although the property needs a little tlc, all in all a great place to stay.

Great little cabin with garden around it for your dog, had everything you need. private and quiet surrounding. very relaxing.

This is a beautiful peaceful house in a great location to explore Darwin and surrounds. You feel like you’re up in the trees with relaxing verandahs, breezy louvre windows and a lovely swimming pool. The hosts were kind and accomodating dealing with our last minute plans and we were very grateful to find a place that allowed us to stay with our dogs, with a fully enclosed yard backing onto bushland. Would be happy to stay here again
