The carpenter's cottage is decorated in vintage woodworking and logging tools that have been used for several generations in our family. Rainier has a rich history of logging, lumber and woodworking. Some tools have been found nearby. Enjoy a peaceful country setting with deer, birds, occasional bobcat, squirrels, raccoons, occasional elk, but is a short walk to town. Watch deer munch on apples and relax in the shade as you walk around our 14 acres or enjoy them from your windows.

The House of Healing was built in 1971. The A-Frame log cabin style is unique to the area and was hand built by the original owner and with community help. Over the years, this house has been the home to the Lynn family, with its initial inhabitant living to be 96 years old! We love our historic home so much! It has been perfected for rest, healing, and tranquility over the last couple years to provide you with zen; a home away from home.
