Sancerre is 42 km away and Pouilly-sur-Loire is 33 km away. The house is located on a quiet street and has a nice little enclosed garden with shaded terrace as well as a garage. Close to the cycle route along the side canal to the Loire. Great for passing workers!

You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
