Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain à la ferme et déguster du vin chez nos amis vigneron.

Located south of Le Mans in a quiet environment, this small hillside house (housing only) will please you with its amenities, garden, proximity to shops (bakery, butcher, tobacco, pharmacy, supermarkets, SNCF train station, municipal swimming pool) Parking available. Take a break and relax in this little corner of nature. We are 30 minutes from Le Mans and its famous 24-hour circuit. Nearby you will find many walking and mountain biking trails (rocking forest for example). For the more adventurous, pretty villages are also to be discovered with their vineyards (Loire wines, Jasniere, Pineau d'Aunis). The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + sofa bed).
