We had a great time at the apartment which was very clean and well located. The views of the Loire and Blois are beautiful. The city centre is within walking distance. Host easily reachable and responsive.

A very pleasant accommodation, nicely decorated , very well equipped and extremely well located near several must-sees in Orleans including the Cathedral. The location is perfect and allows you to do everything on foot by easy and quick access to all the shops. A place to recommend! The only accuracy that deserves to be added to the listing: ceiling height. Indeed, in 80% of this superb apartment (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and part of the living room) the ceiling height is less than 1m90. This is an important clarification for the tall people I'm a part of, especially for a long stay.

We had a lovely stay. The view is beautiful. The building is a little dated but the accommodation is well renovated, spacious and well arranged. The street noise downstairs didn't bother us. Downtown is a 15-20 min walk away.

Apartment welcoming, modern, well-equipped, as described, in a very pleasant environment. Located close to the center, easy to access and benefit from parking, it is a perfect base to discover Orleans and its beautiful region. Responsive and onsite host. Very good choice for our stay of a few days...

Excellent stay in this apartment, not only is the zoo only 5min drive away but in addition the village of Saint Aignan is very pleasant with very good restaurants, as well as a peninsula within walking distance with a great children's playground as well as a guinguette to combine the useful with the pleasant. The only flip side of the coin is the noise that cars make on the cobblestone… In any case the apartment is very spacious, charming and well-equipped, including with games / chair /children's bed, I would highly recommend it.

Excellent stay in Orléans in this apartment. Close to the train station and the historic center, everything is doable on foot. Large and relatively well-equipped accommodation. Amirouche is very nice, really responsive whenever we had a question. Really very nice

Charming apartment, well organized living space, fully in line with the description. Half-timbered house, we advise you to look at the wood paneling of the windows from the cul-de-sac. Active and festive street (many shops and bars/ terraces) in the center of Orleans, very lively in the evening, which is very nice. Despite the presence of a bar below, as soon as we close the windows the noise is attenuated and did not bother us to sleep. It should be noted that before accepting our reservation, Nassim warned us so that we would book with full knowledge of the facts and Quiès balls were available in the apartment! Nassim and his co-host are very proactive and friendly. Note, Public parking is a stone's throw away just at the beginning of the pedestrian area.

Listing as described. Ideal for spending a few days in the area, because close to Zoo Beauval and Châteaux. Access to shops in downtown Selles sur Cher on foot.

I loved my stay at Yoann and Marion's! I was there to work and the studio was 2 steps from my place of work, a delight! It was very clean (the cleanest Airbnb I've seen, great!), everything was there, they had thought of everything! There was even a little chocolate treat waiting for me on arrival with a warm note. You can feel that they do things with love and I felt good there. The studio is cozy, in the city center, on the cathedral street, there is a supermarket 2 minutes away open until 10 p.m., restaurants and bars are just a 5-minute walk away, the tram line passes right in front of the building, the laundromat is a few minutes' walk away, the wifi is good and it is the only apartment in the building so not disturbed by neighbors. In addition, Yoann and Marion are attentive, responsive and concerned about their visitors. If you have a need, they'll try their best to respond to it. A big thank you to both of you, it was a pleasure to meet you. I'll be back!
