The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

The apartment is situated in a country area on the wild Atlantic Way. Nearest hotel is 5min drive which offers pool golfing and a bicycle hire service. Killlarney Town is 10min drive. The famous Inch Beach is a short 20min drive away. Guests can enjoy fresh eggs during their stay from our chicken farm 😊

A shop, pubs and restaurants only 5 minute walk. The INEC is only a 1 km walk away along the promenade, Please note this cottage does not have level access.
