Cozy little cottage with open floor plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with the possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two terraces, the one in the west has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

Beach with kayak

Stay close to the sea in a small and simple accommodation with its own sauna and beach. There is a kitchenette, outdoor toilet behind the outhouse, a bathroom with sink and shower. The bedroom has a bunk bed, sofa bed for two is in the room. Kayak is available as well as outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. (Coal and lighter fluid are not included) Electricity and municipal water. The sauna is wood-fired. The accommodation is located next to the hiking trail around Kungsö battery with the nice observation tower and cozy picnic spots. Mariehamn is close, about 10 km.

A stone's throw from Herröskatan Nature Reserve, rich flora and observation towers, some fortress ruins from the Russian era 1809−1917. Short walk there or use the rental bikes. Welcome to our little timber cabin in Åland – a peaceful, natural plot with no neighbours, overlooking a tranquil sea bay, and with its own beach. Here, you stay close to nature, with swimming, a sauna and wonderful days at a relaxed summer pace. The property also features a small sauna overlooking the bay – perfect after a swim or a day out. Good to know about the beach: It is suitable for swimming but still natural/not maintained: there is no jetty and the reeds have been cut down, so we recommend wearing water shoes.

Fishing permit can be bought in Godby. The cottage is only 2 km from Godby center, about 16 km from Mariehamn and 9 km from the golf course.
