Holiday rentals with beach access in Council of the City of Sydney

It was a really great stay at Rudson and Gus’s place. The apartment is exactly as described and easy access to public transport and walkable to pretty much anywhere in Sydney. Highly recommend this place! Hope to come again back soon. Thanks for your amazing hospitality!

Fabulous Balmain place for a couple. We loved our few days at Rhonda’s place: Great location, easy to access via public transport, smooth check-in, prompt and useful communication with Rhonda prior and during the stay. The space (accessed down a staircase at the side of the main house) was clean, spacious, well equipped and very quiet and comfortable. The large, covered deck has a lovely view, and was a pleasant space to sit and take in the water view. The area has great cafes, restaurants, shops, and a decent supermarket in the Balmain Woolies. This Airbnb was simply great!

The Barangaroo penthouse was ideal for our family of six — spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with views over the wharf and across Darling Harbour. The location is outstanding: an easy walk to trains, ferries, Circular Quay, The Rocks, the Opera House, major shopping streets, Tumbalong playground, and a great mix of cafes, bars and restaurants just a stroll away. Our cheerful host, Rachel, made check-in smooth, and was sincere and helpful throughout. Truly a great base for exploring Sydney.

We had a great time, everything was clean and ready for us to use. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend staying here!!

Quiet location but close to many eating places and walking distance to trams and trains. The accommodation itself is clean and tidy and the views are fantastic from the bedroom and balcony. Would highly recommend to stay here with kids. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views! I had an incredible stay at Paul’s place! The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoying the city lights at night, it truly felt like a dream. The neighborhood itself is just as wonderful peaceful, charming, and filled with beautiful streets to explore. There were great cafes, restaurants, and little shops just a short walk away, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure. Paul was an excellent host, always responsive and ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Staying in Zak's little suite has been absolutely fabulous. You can really feel that Zak takes pride in his place, and he did everything to share it with us so that we could enjoy it just as much. Thank you for that! The suite is decorated with a very personal touch, which is such a wonderful contrast to a sterile hotel suite. You have an exciting sense of style, Zak! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool, sauna, and spa area—simply fantastic to take a dip while soaking in that breathtaking view.

Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Lovely to be close to the amazing shopping and cafes of Bondi Junction as well as in walking distance of Centennial Park. Easy to park, quiet friendly neighbourhood, peaceful lush garden. Stylish and clean, comfortable beds, lots of interesting, quirky and beautiful things to look at. Good quality air conditioners, heaters and fans throughout. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back whenever we travel to Sydney.

The Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Bronte beach area is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. After spending a week running all over Sydney, I’m so glad we stayed here instead of downtown or near the Opera House. We felt like we got a more authentic experience. Charlotte’s house has billionaire views in a cozy, easy to use place right on one of the best beach trails I’ve ever experienced. 5 of 5, I’ll dream of my next chance to stay here.

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The location was excellent! You are around the corner from lots of great restaurants and grocery store. The beach is a few minutes walk which was fantastic! Thanks again.

Good location, on a main road but you can barely hear traffic so it’s perfect. A perfect spot if you don’t want to stay in the city but still walkable to cafes etc. Nina went above and beyond knowing I was going to celebrate my birthday also. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s. It’s a beautiful and peaceful accommodation. The natural light adds to the experience and makes the place even more special. The bed was super comfortable and I really enjoyed Sheridan sheets and towels (they are fab!). The kitchen setup is simple but very functional, and with all the food options around, it didn’t really matter we couldn’t cook. You can still enjoy snacks and all that, plus Ryan left us milk and cereal to have in case we needed it, very nice touch. The lounge room is really well done too. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of natural light all day. I’d definitely come back again ☺️

Lovely Airbnb - my parents loved staying. Very communicative hosts, and brilliant location

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

Suzanne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Her instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Everything was provided from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. The place is spacious (for 3 of us) and clean. A convenient location, as it was only a short 10min walk to the train station and 5 minute drive to the closest supermarket and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying at Suzanne's place again if opportunity arises.

The kitchen needs to be cleaned from cockroches. The glass dining table has to be fixed to the base securely.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.
