Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will make sure you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its garden in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.
