I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

O'gite Sancerrois

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

In the heart of the Berry countryside and 2 hours from Paris, the Cahute is less than 10 km from the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire and close to the Loire by bike. Nearby (500 m) is also an equestrian center. 10 km away, Loire canoe trip, 18-hole golf course (Golf De Sancerre), mini-golf, tennis, swimming pool. 45 minutes from Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, car, motorcycle, This comfortable cottage, its terrace and shaded garden invite you to relax.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Check-in from 4 p.m. Romantic decoration on request in return for a free donation to our association.

Chez voisine - between Loire river and vineyard

We welcome you to our charming, quiet, bright little house with a garden and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Loire. Sheets and towels are provided. We also provide shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt, oil, etc. You can reach the towpath along the Loire in a 2-minute walk and the shops in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is located just on the other side of the Loire.

L'Ecrin de Loire - Stopover along the water

🏠Small house, formerly a sailor's house, adjoining with the privilege of direct access to the banks of the Loire. It faces the river and is at the foot of all amenities. Large windows open onto a tree-lined promenade where strollers share the space with cyclists taking the Loire by bike. Peaceful and central location at the foot of the church, 150 m from a bakery and 190 m from the grocery store and a butcher shop.
