The Bunkhouse is located on the Verde greenbelt with trees & grass. We are a safe and secure gated community with great neighbors. There are kids & pets, so please drive slowly on our country road. The speed limit is 15 mph max & will be enforced! Conveniently located in the heart of Cottonwood; a short drive to Jerome, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff & Phoenix
