The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Perfect for a healing experience in the heart of nature! Canoe, hiking trails in private forest with monumental sculptures. Wood stove, one bedroom, two bunk beds and a dry toilet outside. An SUV or van is required to get to the site, otherwise we offer a round-trip shuttle service.

A 5-minute walk away, our yurts offer the most beautiful view of the Saguenay Fjord, very luxurious, they are equipped with a propane oven and fridge, 12 Volt solar power electricity, 22 liters of hot water per hour and shower.
