My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

Located in the arquebuse district, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and the Cité de la gastronomie and 10 minutes from downtown (Darcy Square). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I specify that the apartment is on the railway side, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels...) noise disturbances are present.
