Located in the Arquebuse district, a 5-minute walk from the train station and the Cité de la Gastronomie and 10 minutes from the city center (Place Darcy). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I would like to point out that the apartment is close to the train station, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels, etc.) noise nuisances are present.
