Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a kitchenette while there’s also diminutive balcony This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just off at the beginning of Las Ramblas street. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The official tax standards are as follows: Adults (persons 16 and over) are obliged to pay a tourist tax of 2,48 euros (2,25 + IVA) per day spent in Catalunya, up to 7 days maximum. 2. 3 km from the city of Tarragona, a quiet area where you can enjoy the beaches and the forests without the agglomeration of the coastal towns. Visit our Roman, medieval and modernist past. Our city also offers pleasant walks, shops of all kinds and an interesting gastronomic offer. A few kilometers away are the monasteries of Poblet and Stes Creus, Port Aventura, Costa Dorada golf, the Ebro Delta and the Priorat wine area, among others.

The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.

The apartment has a comfortable queen bed, and the office space above it includes a single bed. With the metro, you can reach the Old Town Center and the beach in just 10 minutes, and the Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk away. Guests also enjoy the nearby local market and local restaurants.

Studio of a single space, completely renovated with capacity for 2 people. It has air conditioning, equipped kitchen and washing machine. Located in the center of the maritime district and close to all service. Possibility of additional rental of a parking space near the apartment for € 8 per day. During the months of July and August the minimum stay will be six nights.

Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
