The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

We offer a studio apartment of about 20 square meters located on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse, with independent entrance, consisting of an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dishes,...), table with 6 chairs, sofa bed that can become double, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
