Excellent ocean and mountain view, pool and private community parking in the same development. The pool season is from June 1 to September 15, and the time is from 10:00 to 15:00, and from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The house features a private wifi network, Movistar plus, and security system.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
