Beachfront holiday rental in Costa Esmeralda

Excellent place to be with family and pets, close to the beach and with places to eat. We really enjoyed the stay , the arrival is very easy and everything is accessible, we will definitely book again when we return to Tecolutla.

David's house & property go right down to the beach. So, you can chill out in a hammock, sit in his (small) pool, or run across the sand right into the ocean. It is only a few seconds walk to return to the house. At night, you will hear the ocean waves, which is very soothing. The house is large, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen has most utensils, plates, etc., you would need, for cooking. It is quiet at night and the housekeeper is only a few minutes away, if needed. She is the one who will bring the key for check in. However, we had problems with communications and wasted an hour in the dark, waiting for someone to help us. So, I strongly recommend that you confirm check in details (who, where, what time, etc.) at least 24 hours, in advance. Make sure the hot water was turned on, too. Try the resto across the street. 3 brothers run a lovely, small place called Magon. Very friendly folks and quick, fresh, affordable meals (especially breakfast). A recommended host & home! :-)

The location is perfect, the sea is in front of the house, a good view,a great place to rest and have a good time with the family. The host as the manager is very friendly and helpful, were always on the lookout. We liked the stay and many more attention, the house is very spacious, it has a few details, it has a few details but it does not affect one's stay. Everything good🙂 👍...

Very nice house very clean and comfortable. It has a very large patio in which my dog was very amused by feeling free and being able to play freely without worries. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Gabriela is a good host because she always responds and takes care of any request or how to improve the experience on our trip. If the place needs anything to be comfortable she will help for sure. The beach is clean and peaceful, I really enjoy it and near the place are many restaurants and grocery stores.

Everything was excellent, from the attention of Juan Gustavo who was always attentive to what we needed, perhaps only the detail of the insects, but it is normal for the type of property, that is, it is surrounded by vegetation so it is practically impossible to eradicate the insects, from there everything very well.

Everything was very nice, the house had everything it offered, very attentive Andrey and Jesús who welcomed us and handed over the keys. It has a very good view to the ocean.

It is a very pleasant place with different spaces for all tastes... The climate of the house is very cool. Each room has all the amenities (bathroom with shower, tv, air conditioning). A very nice and quiet place.. has kitchen and grill, they have board games for you to have fun as a family esbun very nice place to spend time as a family... The sea is very close.. the very nice and friendly hosts, they are always on the lookout when requested.

A wonderful place, it's a quiet place to go a few days. Just as it is right on the beach, the room we stayed in was what we were promised, it has different areas to relax, hammocks, high surface chairs, ample pool and very safe. There is parking and it is very easy to get there.

The place fully met our expectations of being in a quiet place by the sea and with at least one large space to share as a family. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room - dining room even more. Much nicer than what you see in the photos. The beach is clean and the neighbors who touched us were friendly and respectful to the sleeping schedules. The pool and garden are in good condition and with the exception of the shower to rinse the sand the whole house is in a functional state. The kitchen has everything you need for a large family

It is a comfortable place near a quiet beach, the host is always attentive as well as the person in charge of the care of the house, as the only suggestion perhaps would put better maintenance on the pool, however if the idea is to spend time at the beach it is an excellent place. There is no market nearby or some self-service store, so it is recommended to purchase the provisions before arriving. In general it is a good option if you are looking for a quiet place and close to the beach.

It is a nice house to be with the family, it has some details in terms of cleanliness but nothing serious, the pool is very clean and they continued to give maintenance during my stay. The location is not accurate but the host was very quick to locate us. I would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a rich restaurant to eat, I recommend Los Moros. La Playa y el Tour por mangroves de Casitas is very nice at a fair price. Palapa de Playa recommended "Doña Hilaria". It is 40 min from Tecolutla to go to the turtle release. The beach there is not very nice but about 8 min by car is Casitas and it's well worth it. Good luck 🍀

I really liked it, super close to the beach, it was difficult for us to arrive a little but the host was always aware. The truth is privacy a hundred and they left us a magnet with a place of food to order and dine. I would love to come back again. 🥰✨

The house definitely met our expectations. It was a nice place and easily accessible. Both Mr. Victor and his assistant were very attentive from the reservation to the eviction. It's really worth it, in addition to being quite close to several amenities.
