Waterfront holiday rentals in Costa del Sol Occidental

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

We felt very comfortable. Christian is super uncomplicated and very nice. The apartment is amazing, the view a 10 out of 10. The building is a bit older but the apartment is modern and well equipped. Thank you dear Christian, we had a great time :)

This is a nice apartment in a wonderful location. The decoration and layout are very good, the kitchen appliances and accessories are good and the furniture is great. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The small courtyard was very nice for breakfast or just sitting and reading. José was very receptive and helped us throughout the stay. We had a great visit and we'll make sure to come back.

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

Great location, amazing view from such a sunny spacious balcony!

We were very happy with our trip – everything went smoothly from start to finish. The accommodation looked exactly like in the pictures: modern, clean and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was even more stunning than expected – truly breathtaking. Also Aldi is just one minute away. Nela was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only thing we weren’t aware of beforehand was that the beach nearby is a nudist beach.

I am super happy with my stay at Istvan & Atilla! Always quick response if you had questions, friendly reception and felt at home right away. They contacted us a few times during the stay to check that we were satisfied, which I think is top service! There was always a free parking space to park the car, quiet and nice area. The accommodation is highly recommended!😃

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

A beautiful apartment. All the comforts. Nearby a great supermarket (where everything was for sale), butchers, bakers, shops, restaurants etc. Stunning views over the sea. From the apartment, you can reach the beach and the boulevard in no time. We enjoyed it!

7 of us stayed here for 3 nights and honestly had such an amazing time. We had lots planned so didn’t spend an excessive amount of time in the villa but the time we did was just brilliant - the pool / outdoor areas were just magic! Will be back :)

Sara’s place, was amazing, everything was totally prestine. On arrival Ana met us and she was just lovely. Ana showed us around the apartment and made it clear to us how everything worked. Ana also informed us if we had any problems don’t hesitate to contact her. Sara response to all our questions was quick and efficient. What a beautiful peaceful apartment, we enjoyed the apartment so much. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for an amazing stay. 😊

Very nice accommodation and as advertised. Climbing the stairs may require a little effort, but the view is well worth it! It went very well, I would recommend it in a second. Thank you for hosting us:)

What a wonderful time we had at Casueña. Alicia and Jorge were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, and fun. They met us at the villa and showed us everything we needed to know, and then were always on hand for anything else we needed. The villa was so well equiped, including basic food, tea, coffee, and fruit to get us going. Also, on the first morning, Alicia and Jorge gave us a basket of eggs from their own chickens! We loved the beautiful furniture, artwork and ornaments which all added to Casueña's charm. Since the weather was hot we spent most of our time in the stunning garden and lovely pool. Beautiful mature plants, shrubs and trees made the garden feel magical, as did the many birds who visited including a familly of swallows. A short trip (about 2 miles) down to the village of Santa Rosalía provided a good supermarket (open every day), cafes, and restaurants. Thank you Alicia and Jorge - you are very special people and we will definitely be back to visit you and Casueña.

The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, the owner is helpful and kind. The roof terrace is very impressive. It is only available for this apartment. Privacy preserved. Wonderful view, beautiful surroundings. No crowds at the pool. Peace and quiet... I love it!

What a fantastic apartment! We had a superb holiday and Ronnay was the most pro-active host with lots of really helpful text messages ahead of our arrival that made gettine to the front door realyy easy. The appartment is lovely and really quite peacful due to it's location. Sunrise is a joy in this apartment and the view and the balcony area are brilliant. We will 100% be coming back to Ronnay's apartment on our next holiday to Torremolinos. We had a lucky chance to be able to meet Ronnay and his parner while we were there and what fabulous hosts they are in person too. TOP MARKS go to this apartment !

The accommodation is very nice and bright, great for two people, comfortable bed despite a sofa because Alexander thought of a Topper!! Alexander is very nice and helpful, always responsive to every request. Torremolinos is beautiful. The only negative things are that they don't know how to make coffee and the ice cream costs as much as a gold ingot. Well connected to Malaga centre and airport!!

A cozy and well-furnished apartment with a balcony at the entrance to the quiet back. Good pool area with generous sun terrace and only five minutes walk down to the beach, shopping and very good restaurants. The nearest grocery store was only 50 meters away. Our contact with Javier and Frank was particularly pleasant, as they were always accommodating and pleasant. In addition, the fridge and freezer were filled with coffee capsules, milk, a few cans of drink, water and ice cream. A valued and positive surprise! We are very pleased with our stay and will be happy to return!

Lovely penthouse with amazing terrace. We also appreciated the comfortable bed the silence at night. Best of all were Shauna and Susan. We particularly valued the personal welcome. To top it all, they provided us with torch, water and powerbank when power was 6 hours down.

everything was perfect except the electricity power. I don't know why, but took hours to charge our phones. However, i believe owners would fix this issue. Definitely recommend this place 👌
