Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

The beautiful village of Zahara de los Atunes is 5 km from the house. The cabin has a kitchen and separate bathroom.

House strategically located between the most beautiful villages on the Costa de la Luz; CONIL, VEJER, BARBATE and ZAHARA DE LOS ATUNES. Two minutes from Barbate and close to supermarkets such as Lidl Maxi-dia and Aldi. The house is located in a rural area where cork oaks and pine trees abound. It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.

Apartment in downtown Tarifa

Quiet apartment in downtown Tarifa. 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Municipal parking 150 meters away in Calzadilla de Téllez. Check-in: if the arrival is before 3:00 pm, we give the option to leave the luggage at the entrance while cleaning is carried out and the keys are handed over. After 3:00 PM, the keys are deposited in a safe box located next to the gate (before entering the courtyard). Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM.
