This house really makes for the most special vacation. Situated right by the shore, it provides a truly picturesque view of the sparkling Mediterranean. The house itself is in excellent condition, tastefully maintained, and designed to embrace the coastal lifestyle. From the moment you step out the door, you’re only a few steps away from pristine, crystal-clear waters—ideal for peaceful early morning swims before the day begins. As the sun sets, the magic continues with unforgettable summer evenings spent overlooking the tranquil bay. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet dinner on the terrace or simply relaxing with a glass of wine, the view and ambiance create an absolutely serene atmosphere. We can thoroughly recommend it!

We have just stayed for 7 night and could not thank Jordi enough, we arrived early and the villa was ready for and immaculately clean inside and out, the pool was an ideal temperature and had the sun from 5am until 6pm which worked perfectly. Jordi was great with communication, we required the gas bottle for the bbq changed which he did within an hour. The views from the balcony’s and pool were picturesque and although magaluf is a party resort we were just far enough away not to be disturbed but close enough to enjoy all that was to offer. Shop just down the road, bus stop 5min walk away was perfect. I would highly recommend this villa for family’s with younger and older children. Thanks again Jordi we will definitely be returning in the future.

We spent a short girls' holiday in the accommodation for four. The accommodation was sufficiently large with enough space for all guests. There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a very large living room, a large kitchen and a large terrace. We had everything we needed on site, even a beach towel, mineral water and wine was included and already on site. Timea always responded very quickly to our messages and immediately took care of everything. Thank you very much for that :) There was a nice big table on the terrace, where we often ate our meals together and even a small grill. The bathrooms are very clean and new. However, if you like it very quiet and secluded and would like to sleep in longer, you may be better off somewhere else. The large supermarket Lidl is really only 2 minutes across the street and the beach and the small shops are actually only a very relaxed 10 minutes away.

We stayed 5 nights in the house on the hill. We loved the house and the spectacular view. Fantastic energy, tranquility, electricity from solar cells and drinking water from natural sources. Pep was a perfect host who helped us before the stay with bookings of padel and spa, he guided us during the stay and even came with a bag of freshly picked oranges. Even after the stay, he has been available to us and we are very grateful and can only give the place our best recommendations. The house was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, spices, toilet paper, rubbish bags, delicious towels, bed linen, etc. Pep had recommended us to rent a small car, but we had already booked a medium-sized car and it required a little skill to drive up the hill, but it went without problems.

The home was incredible. It was spotless when we arrived. Our host was extremely responsive. The location is a dream. Out 5 and 7 year old played at the beach almost every day while we enjoyed the gorgeous views from the comfortable porches and roof top. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
