Contemporary and cozy decor while retaining the Spanish character. 2 Bedrooms with double box spring beds (2X90) and a double sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning and flat screen internet TV (with all channels), WIFI throughout the entire domain, bathroom with sink, rain shower and separate toilet. A swimming pool of 120m2 to share with the other house. Quietly located in the Parque Natural Cabo de Gata, 4km from the sea and village.

Santa Maria Loz Velez is a stunning national park for walkers and cyclists, which is on our doorstep. Vélez-Blanco and Velez Rubio both offer a great range of restaurants and bars along with fantastic architecture and places to see. With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

A testament to the past life in this region of Andalusia, as desert-like as it is magical, the building dates back 250 to 300 years and retains all its period features: the only chicken coop/dovecote in the region, an aljibe (water tank) in perfect working order, a bread oven converted into a stable, and the main house.
