Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - living room - equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, SENSEO, toaster, kettle... - restroom ON THE UPPER FLOOR: - 2 bedrooms / 160*200 bed - shower room - toilet The house has a private enclosed courtyard with a dining area. You can park a vehicle or bikes there. Parties are not allowed.

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
