The accommodation is included in a renovated 19th century farmhouse, located in Villiers-le-Sec in Nièvre (58) 45 inhabitants, close to the RN151. Comfortable, quiet. Wooded and flowery area. Water park 4 minutes away, hiking, close to Guédelon, Vézelay, La Charité, Nevers and Auxerre, the Nivernais Canal. Shops in Varzy, (4 min) bakery, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, 2 tobacco bars - 1 bar - restaurant and 1 restaurant. All shops and restaurants, cinema in Clamecy 12 km away

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. An atmospheric quiet place to relax and recharge from today's busy life. We have converted the front house of our farm into an authentic gîte with all the comforts. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

Country cottage

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this restored, modernised former farmhouse in the heart of a quiet, typical Nièvre village. This historic house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. This is an excellent place to stay if you want to explore the Morvan Regional Park, Vézelay, Guédelon and the Canal du Nivernais, as well as various types of museums. We allow a maximum of two pets per booking.

La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

House in a green setting, accessible for people with reduced mobility

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.

The Foreman's House

The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms. This space, a true haven of peace and history, is located 5 minutes by car from Clamecy, 46 minutes from Auxerre and 2h35 from Paris. INFORMATION: There are dogs running loose on the estate.
