The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

It has a large garden with a small swimming pool. Pets allowed for an additional charge of €20 per booking. If there is a second pet, payment will be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center.

A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

From our house, you have direct access to the beautiful, recently renovated Maritime Facade: a spectacular promenade with stunning sea views. The port area, viewpoints, promenades, beaches, parking, restaurants, a museum, a pharmacy, and supermarkets are all close by. This seaside cottage is built of stone and was recently renovated.
