House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We had wonderful days, a lovely cottage with beautiful views, wonderful pool. Delicious homemade bread, pizzas and of course wine! We were with 2 kids who had more than fun with all the games and table tennis and foosball. Everything has been taken care of to the last detail, super sweet people and incredibly attentive! We'd love to visit again

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

We had an amazing week and enjoyed the location. We had everything we needed and was lot of fun swimming in the pool, having dinner outside and tasting some of their great wines. Super friendly hosts and a beautiful dog. Thank you for having us.

Of the entire trip from Poland to Italy (4 nights in total on AirBnB), this was the best! A wonderful family with a beautiful house, surroundings and swimming pool. Gian Maria gave us a lot of good recommendations of nearby places, told us a lot of amazing stories and even helped us when we needed it. Thanks to him, we felt the atmosphere of Italy and had a wonderful time. He always had time for us, and the house, garden and swimming pool are a dream for people who want to spend time in this area. My friends and I will definitely want to go back there in our Audi as soon as possible. :) Thanks to him and his wonderful family, we fell in love with Italy!

Five stars is not enough! Staying with Fausot in Torre di Palme was simply unforgettable. The place is a real secret: simple, but furnished with a lot of love for detail, sparkling clean and nothing is missing. I was particularly impressed by the tranquility and the special flair of the historic place – a place to arrive and breathe. Fausot was a wonderful host – attentive, warm and always available without being intrusive. You immediately feel that he cares about the well-being of his guests. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a special break – away from the hustle and bustle and full of Italian charm. Grazie mille, Fausot – a presto!

Maurizio's place was in the perfect location in the most perfect town in Abruzzo. You just have to open the living room window to see the beautiful hills of Abruzzo or walk around the corner to get a fantastic drink and the cutest bar with the most amazing views. He was a fantastic communicator. I highly recommend.

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. La Terrazza sul mare is ideally located for a relaxing seaside vacation, culture, and sporting activity. The Trabocchi cycle path is practically below the house as well as the beautiful sandy beach. The house is beautiful, with a very well-kept garden full of evocative corners thanks to the dedication of Mimmo and Francesca, kind and friendly hosts who are always ready to recommend itineraries, suggest locals and tell the history of the places. The apartment is new, very clean and complete with everything. Highly recommended. Camilla & Caterina

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Lucia's place is awesome. The basement apartment is cool and lovely decorated. The garden is an extra bonus feature, great to relax in or doing whatever you like. Lucia is very attentive and always ready for advice. We stayed as a couple touring with our gravelbikes and she let us clean our bikes too....

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

We had a very good time in this rustic and expertly renovated apartment, very cool even without the help of air conditioning. The solarium has an exceptional view of the sea and the hills and the possibility of parking the car right outside the house. Quiet area away from the annoying noise of the city and surrounded by nature. Very helpful host and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend.
