Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Winter River Cottage

Relax and unwind at our cottage, just 10 minutes from the north shore beaches and only 25 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. This charming two-bedroom cottage located on the Winter River, includes a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a fire pit.
