Amanda was an amazing host. She had great communication, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. Place was peaceful, and beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need. I would 100% recommend Amanda and her house. I can assure we will be coming back to rent again. Top notch service.

Amber was right on top of things and super responsive. Anything that was needed during the stay, there was zero hesitation. She was always very pleasant in speaking to her and maintains a cheerful and considerate attitude. The kitchen is well stocked , the a.c cools perfectly on those hot days, and showers are hot w good pressure. The home is off the main road where it’s quiet but within a mile or two of anything you might need.

We could not have had a better time! The house is clean. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The area is quiet and in a small marina. The rooms are a good size with flattering decorations. The kitchen was fully stocked. Keller, the host and owner, was responsive and accommodating. We would love to come back!

Came with 3 friends and if your planning on driving or walking to the beach this spot is perfect. probably a .5 mile walk to walk maybe a mile to drive on beach. It is on the 3rd floor so take that into account, otherwise wonder time perfectly clean, exactly what you need for a small get away with 4-6 friends/family.

I believe this listing stands out from the others on the property due to the location & attention to detail. Unit location: Three buildings in the property, located in the middle of the property meaning equal distance to both pools on site. Beach access entry location only steps away. The view of the beach was nice too. Kitchen supplies: She thought of it all in terms of utensils, dishes, cookware, and coffee maker supplies. Beach accessories: Lawn chairs also provided to take down to the beach - very thoughtful touch. Sleep: The beds were very comfortable, slightly firm but also plush. We stayed for one night while in town for a doctor’s appointment for my mom, and the place was perfect. Super clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything. The two-bedroom apartment and peaceful balcony gave us a much-needed break. The garage door wasn’t working, but we reported it and the host’s communication was excellent. No issues at all ,we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

The place is conveniently located close to Whitecap beach and it takes only a short drive to other beaches. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The outdoor shower was helpful, especially with pet. There are lot of restaurants and a grocery store close by. The deck was calm to wind down at the end of day. I would definitely book again!

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb for 2 weeks. The hosts were incredibly responsive, clear and proactive with communication. Any minor inconveniences that happened were quickly addressed and resolved. The Airbnb was very spacious, the WiFi was perfect, AC worked wonderfully, the place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and very safe. We were just a few blocks away from the boardwalk which was a big deal for my husband and I as we love to run! We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again if we find ourselves in Corpus Christi again! Thank you Ryan and Jessica for being such pleasant hosts!

I had an amazing stay here. They let me check in early and provided us with a free bottle of champagne and other snacks. the location was perfect walking distance to everything downtown. I really appreciate the hospitality they provided and I would not hesitate to book here again.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. My family and I especially loved the pool and the back patio overlooking the pool area—it was the perfect spot to relax. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

I was hesitant at first because this appears to be an older building, BUT, the interior of this condo was virtually updated, fresh paint, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, the furniture was new, along with all the linens. The whole unit was bright and cheery. It made me happy that the king size bed was soooo very comfortable along with the pillows. The view from the patio was great. It had four outdoor Adirondack chairs with attached tables. Because the chairs were tall and the unit is on the 4th floor we were up high enough to sit comfortably and see way down the coast. Also, it's important to mention that the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful answering all our questions. All and all, we were delighted and totally enjoyed our stay there!

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed during the weekend with my fiancé and we loved it. Cute, clean, homey, with plenty of space inside. Right in front of the beach as well. Would definitely recommend for couples. (Saving for next time)

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

It was the perfect get away for me and my daughter. Quiet at night. The kitchen was full of everything I needed to make dinner.
