Beautiful full loft in a small complex in a quiet and beautiful area. Place for couples (two people). The pool is large, clean and always available. There is a free laundry and drying area. Great location: Airport and Maya Train 5 minutes by car; you can walk to the ADO terminal and Plaza de las Américas, where safe and cheap taxis leave for Bacalar. There is a park nearby and many fast food, typical and more options.

What an amazing stay! The view from the balcony is mesmerizing and waking up here every morning was like dreaming. This is a true gem and I will keep my memories of the lagoon, the people and way of living close to my heart for a long time. Daniel is a great host and a kind, empathetic and warm person. He was super proactive during my stay, gave me recommendations and tried everything to make my stay comfortable. I also felt very safe in the house and the area. I am so grateful to have stayed here 🙏🏼

Loved our stay! The rooms are very comfortable, intimate and tastefully built. The kitchen is modern and the coffee provided is a real plus. Guests are attentive and very nice. Very nice option, a little far from the centre but accessible on foot.

Great! This is my 2nd time in Bacalar and I have stayed here at Casa Tlacuache’s both time. They have a delicious breakfast every morning, we’re in walking distance to the lagoon and many great restaurants. I highly recommend Casa Tlacuache to other guests looking for a place.

In general, the stay was excellent. The only details were that for two days we had no hot water. We sent a message to Heriberto and in 10 minutes we had it. And finally, the door and window panes do not give complete privacy. At night you can see from the outside in, although they have curtains, the window one did not close completely... we had to go buy some to close it because you could see everything... apart from that, I recommend the place, close to the center and the lagoon.
