Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach

Host went out of her way to accommodate my special request. She was always responsive and friendly. Nice little place in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Neil's place was accurate to its description and pictures. The area surrounding offered cliff-side views of the marina and a beautiful hiking/ biking trail. It was too cold in April to make use of the community pool, but the home was spotless, very comfortable beds, pillows/ sheets to sink into at the end of the night, and our family made it our own during our stay. There was just one small hiccup, which is that a spare key to the home was left under the front door mat, unbeknownst to us. Probably doesn't ensure safety, but the area seems quiet and safe that no one seemed to bother to visit the doorstep nor pick up the spare key. Also, a blanket neglected in the washing machine reeked. Aside from these two small things, everything else was wonderful, and we would enjoy staying again!

Excellent air BNB! This is my second time staying at Jessica's place and will do so again the next time I'm in town....if it's available 🙂 Great host and great property...pay to play!! Everything that everyone has already started is true!

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

We had a great time at Alex place, was super clean, everything new, a lot of space, bedrooms and beds, towels, the location was great just 12 minutes to Disneyland and 10 minutes to the Outlets, 55 minutes to Universal a 3 min to Target... A quiet neighborhood and secure, enough space to park. I do recomend this place, Alex respond super quick to any doubt we had... Thanks

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

My friends and I had a concert in LA and also went to Disneyland for a day and were looking for an airbnb that would suit 5 people and our two pets (our dog and bunny). Troy’s airbnb is in a wonderful and safe area with everything being walking distances with some great cafes and restaurants close by. We felt right at home being there. His homes is as it’s described in his description although we thought the backyard/patio was closed and private but we still managed with our pets there. I would absolutely recommend Troy’s place if visiting LA.

Perfect space for our family of 3 in a great neighborhood and everything we needed for Easter weekend! John was incredibly responsive and flexible with our stay and communication was excellent. Wow! This place is absolutely incredible—nothing else in Catalina will ever compare! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning view and couldn’t believe we got to stay in such a beautiful space. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. But that view—we could have spent all day just sitting on the porch, soaking it in. The included golf cart was a game changer, making it easy to get anywhere in town within minutes. The host Trevor was fantastic, friendly, flexible, and truly went above and beyond. We’ll be talking about this trip for a long time and can’t wait to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Great and peaceful place to stay, clean. Responsive and nice host.

Let’s just say Catalina Island is just expensive.. we got lucky with Hugh’s place. It was super spacious, if anything too big for the 4 of us. There was plenty of room for my 4yr to enjoy himself. The pool and everything about the complex was great. Hugh and Cela was awesome with their response and hospitality. Having a golf cart was a PLUS.. we all enjoyed cruising around the island with it.. Super duper chill and laid back.. we all had an amazing weekend.

Krysta’s place is fabulous. The photos do not do it justice - it’s spacious, well-appointed, and squeaky clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed starting each day with coffee on the deck and finishing each day in the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!
