“Oh wow! This place is absolutely amazing. Me and my partner had the most incredible getaway here and we definitely plan to come again. The accommodation itself is truely spectacular. The bathroom is very modern and the shower and shampoo samples really came in handy. We adored the kitchen area and the little accents that went along with it - I’ve seen so many people say this on their reviews but the ‘you look beautiful today’ sign is gorgeous, and having that be the first thing we saw in the mornings when we got out of the tent made us feel like we were going to have a good day just by seeing that. The tent is so spacious and the bed is very comfortable too - we loved hearing the sound of the waves as we were in bed at night. As for the area I would definitely recommend going to Innes National Park, that was such a highlight for us, and the views from some of the lookout points are so unreal it made us feel that we weren’t even in SA!”

“George's place is a lovely unit in which to base yourself to explore the Innes National Park (it's just minutes down the road) or the gorgeous coastal area of Marion Bay. The Unit was located in a quiet street and within walking distance of the beach. There's a walking path I discovered across the road that allowed me to cut through homes and to one of the beaches. Very clean, bright and sunny unit and I especially loved the courtyard area in the middle of the Units. The second bedroom was very spacious with an additional area/couch to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the inner courtyard. It was lovely to be able to open up those doors to allow the fresh air in and to lie in bed with the curtains open, look out and see the sky! Great facilities in the kitchen with a lovely view of the garden out the window and a very comfortable lounge looking out onto the front deck with a nicely landscaped front garden which is a nice area to sit and enjoy a cuppa and get some sunshine. The outdoor garden area is perfectly set up for anyone doing fishing and needing to clean up afterwards or just wanting to sit outside with friends and family and enjoy a glass of wine or a meal on a nice sunny day. I was SO excited when I saw Emu's wandering the streets! Great hosts, lovely cleaning lady and I would definitely stay again.”
My home is 300 metres from the beach in Hardwicke Bay. It is a perfect base to explore the southern Yorke Peninsula area. You have two separate private bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with a single bed) and a private bathroom (all with lockable doors) The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are shared. You are most welcome to cook your own meals.
“Ashley provided a great space for our overnight stay at Hardwicke Bay. Great bed and shower, warm fire that was set to go and waiting for our arrival, and big TV. We brought our own food, but had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meal. Ashley's detailed communication was great and a mobile contact no. if we had any questions. Everything was neat, clean and organised. Thanks again Ashley!!”
