Enjoy our Mountain getaway for year round fun! There are lots of activities close by-Mohawk Ski Mountain, Indian Lake and historic Covered Bridges! Hike in the backyard, cool off in the creek or relax in front of the Wood-burning fireplace or get the whole family together for a fun BBQ on the outdoor deck. Beyond the brook are hundreds of acres of state forest preserve. Enjoy great hiking, fishing, skiing, antiques and restaurants minutes away. Only 2 hours from NYC and 8 minutes to Historic Norfolk Center.

Country Guest Cottage/Barn

Enjoy nature in the guest cottage/barn on our property in bucolic Litchfield County. King bed in the sleeping loft and queen bed in the room. Air mattress available. Nestled in the Litchfield Hills three miles from Lake Waramaug and close to the quaint shops, restaurants, galleries and cultural scene in Kent, Bantam, Litchfield, Washington, New Preston and Cornwall, among others. Hike beautiful Kent Falls and explore the many hiking trails and ponds, lakes and rivers. Newly upgraded with Wi-Fi!

Farm House

A serene get away in a farm cottage on a real working farm. We homesteaded this property in 2012 and have created our own slice of paradise. We grow produce and flowers we sell at a local farmers market. We have Scottish Highlander cows, an ex racehorse, a shetland pony, goats, ducks, chickens, barn cats and a resident farm dog, Finula. You're welcome to roam the property, sit by the pond, visit with the animals, take a tour of the farm or explore all that Litchfield county has to offer!
