Holiday rentals with beach access in Corniche Beach

Logement très propre, calme et idéalement situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. La piscine, la salle de sport et la place de parking bien placée sont de vrais atouts. L’appartement était parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien. Marc a été très réactif avant et pendant le séjour, et a tout fait pour m’organiser un check-in anticipé suite à mon arrivée très matinale à Abu Dhabi, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

The location is really good and the apartment very comfortable.

Mona was an awesome host! She responds quickly to messages. There are a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but she was very receptive and appreciative that I brought them to her attention. If you stay here know that there are two different check in desks because the building is also a hotel which I didn’t know. There was a little confusion about where to check in at first. You want the desk for the residences. There are many things to do on the property including live bands on some nights. I had my first Turkish bath there and it was amazing! There is a supermarket across the street at the mall and a food court if you want to dodge the high prices at the resort. The Persian Gulf view is amazing and so is the sunset. However, compared to what the hotel guests are paying for all inclusive I find this Airbnb to be somewhat overpriced.

En general buen alojamiento, recomendable para varias personas. El propietario te recibe y también brinda servicio de comida si desean.

We had a nice stay in Fadels House. He helped us with everything. There are no Supermarket around but we ordered by Talabat App. It was fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the bed super comfortable. Thank you Fedal for opening your house for us and the other guests. We appreciate it.

Fadel was very nice, hospitable, and helpful. He was an amazing host. I will definitely be visiting him again once I'm in Abu Dhabi.

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Great location for those visiting NYU Abu Dhabi. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, and the university.
