Great house and stay! We loved the main floor bedroom for my senior family members. The entire house was really well stocked in terms of kitchen, bathrooms and games. The back yard was private and sooo peaceful. it was great spending time out there. Convenient to downtown and food. A grocery store and fitness gym are all very close. Paula was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The neighborhood was okay. There were lots of cars in driveways and on the street. There were some late night/early a.m. noise disturbances like music and people in nearby homes. If you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. It does the trick! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

This is a wonderful little house that is very comfortable. It is tastefully decorated and has a good amount of furniture without being cluttered. It is on a corner lot and having a driveway access on both streets is a plus and keeps you from having to back out into the street. Quite neighborhood. We stayed three nights and liked this property more each night.

I enjoyed my stay. The cottage was as listed and comfortable. I would book again when I am in the area.

The rental property was just as described with some fun amenities. It was also very close to uptown, which was super convenient. Hunter was very detailed with any necessary instructions, which made things easy. If I needed a larger space again for my friends and I in the future, I would rebook.

Alex's home was absolutely perfect! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with adorable homes and sidewalks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is even prettier in person, and sooo spacious. Alex is extremely attentive, and a genuinely amazing host. I recommend this gorgeous home to everyone and we look forward to staying here again!

Great location, walkable to all downtown Davidson amenities and easy access to the highway.

Traveling with pets is never easy, but having the nice fenced in backyard was worth it. Place was as described, very clean and well stocked. It was convenient for my purposes. Easy in and out and great WiFi.

The condo is delightful. Beautiful views, spacious, well stocked, very clean Katie responded promptly to our questions regarding the internet and TV. We'll rent this lovely place again.

Dawn was great! Very friendly and let me host my friend’s wedding get-ready- together event. The place was clean and cute! The garden outside was also a beautiful touch to the place. Will definitely stay here again if I need to return to the area!

Fantastic stay, roomy for my family of 5 with nice amenities like coffee, snacks, waters, shampoo, blow dryer and even an iron! Great dinner at Lakhouse Restaurant just 2 doors down! We will be back!! Thank you!!

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Dave’s place was perfect. Very comfortable. He thought of everything. Very close to great restaurants The Amp stage is 5 minutes away. Ballantyne is a very nice and safe suburb of charlotte. Lots to do. If you go to charlotte Dave’s place is perfect for a couple. We’re definitely coming back. Thank you Dave!!

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The penned chickens out back gave the children some entertainment. The bedroom picture gave me the impression that there was a computer and printer available which was not the case. Leslie was very responsive to communications. Master bedroom and family room are quite spacious.

The place felt more spacious compared to the photos. Adam was always responsive and helpful in accommodating some sleeping arrangements me & my party needed. Were in the Charolette area for tennis tournament and found the location close to highway to get around fast. And it was in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants. The kitchen had many coffee amenities which was cool to get kick started for the day. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks Adam for hosting.

We absolutely loved staying here with our three kids and dog. The house is in a great location - easy walking access to Davidson. The house is brand new and everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped - new appliances and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There is a nice backyard with chairs and a fire pit. The hosts were very responsive and kept checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return!

It was a lovely weekend getaway eith my kids. Lots to do and easy to relax. We are so glad we found this place.

Hello everyone! I loved this home, my friends and I stayed here for a few days and we definitely felt at home. He made sure to reply back to us and everything else was just perfect!

Pam & Matt have a beautiful home and communicated everything we needed to know proactively and promptly! Our stay was very stress-free and comfortable.

I want to say this place was so at home. I felt we were in cabin and being rural, at the same time so close to whatever we needed. the surrounding was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was so clean and equipped. My son loved the fact he could stay in loft by himself, and still being close to us. we loved to hear birds, and rooster singing around and we also meet some locals and neighbors; very friendly. Robin and Jay were so kind when I needed to talk to them and John helped me to find the local event, even though we didn't go (we had so much fun just being at cabin). Overall we loved, loved it and loved it. Thank you Robin and Jay for creating such a lovely place to stay in; felt so at home. Sarah, Jay and Benjamin

Stephanie was a phenomenal host, and the space was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to be close to all that the LKN area has to offer, balanced with a tranquil space to step away and relax! Five stars across the board!
