Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Everything was great! Location was perfect and the space was lovely. Hard to beat the private pool!

Donato and her family were absolutely lovely! and very kind The home is clean, tidy and modern with everything you need plus some lovely surprises. The location is excellent! I was able to visit Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli in no time! You can pull your car up to the door if needed ,which is great for loading your cases etc. Also has shutters, Mosquito nets and Air Con. It is a quiet area with lovely neighbours, when i asked them about what they were growing they gave me a plate of fruit! Such warmth and kindness from everyone, the most wonderful Apulian welcome - stay there - you wont regret it! :)

Schönes Apartment an zentraler Lage. Stilvolle Einrichtung und nette Nachbarn. Parkieren ist einfach und kostenlos und wir haben die Möglichkeit, eine Waschmaschine nutzen zu können, sehr geschätzt. Olenka war äußerst hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell. Vielen Dank!

Superbe trulli parfaitement rénové. On s’y est senti comme à la maison. La piscine est juste incroyable, surtout en fin de journée après une journée de visite. Les villes de Monopoli, Polignano, Alberobello sont accessibles en très peu de temps. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans les Pouilles.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt und Leonardo ist ein sehr sehr guter Gastgeber! Im Haus gab es sogar Strandhandtücher und Schirm zum mitnehmen. Es sieht alles noch besser als auf den Fotos aus! Kann ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen, es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen.

Een prachtig ruim huis met overdekte buitenruimte midden in de kersen- en olijfboomgaard op ongeveer 50 meter van de weg. Leonardo en zijn vrouw Giovanna legden ons via Google Translate alles goed uit. Giovanna had voor crackers, jam, olijfolie, koffie, zout en veel fruit gezorgd. In de kersenboomgaard konden kersen geplukt worden. De laatste avond zorgden Leonardo en Giovanna voor een heerlijke uitgebreide barbecue!

Perfect Stay in a Cozy and Convenient Location! We had a fantastic experience staying at Pietre in Aria, Francesco’s place. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, water, toiletries. The location was perfect—just a short walk from great restaurants, shops and a good point to explore Matera, Alberobello,Ostuni, Lecce, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare. Despite being so central, the area was quiet at night, so we had a great night’s sleep. Francesco was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amamos o Trulli da Michele, com uma decoração muito elegante, muito aconchegante e tudo limpo!!! A banheira com música torna tudo ainda mais intuitivo. Michele nos recebeu muito bem e nos deu todas as instruções da casa com simpatia e cuidado! Nos sentimos em casa e queremos voltar em breve!!!! Recomendo muito!!!

Valentina was super responsive and helpful in her communication. She made it easy for us to have a flexible check in without her being present, as there is a keylock directly in front of the entrance. The place is a nice Italian townhouse with 2 floors and a nice rooftop terrace. Both rooms were stylish and original. The small kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Everything in Fasano is walkable from the flat, there is great restaurants and bars nearby. We can highly recommend the flat.

La ubicación marca al lado de atrás, la zona es rural entonces es fácil confundirse, recomendamos avisar con tiempo y marcar la zona para diferenciar a dónde se debe llegar. Los Hosts del lugar son realmente Yoryo y su esposa que son magníficas personas. Todo estuvo cómodo y limpio.

Accueil très chaleureux, avec panier de cerises et tomates, abricots et oeufs. Tout est fourni pour le petit déjeuner. Dario et sa compagne sont très sympathiques et les échanges en français sont très appréciables.

Un des meilleurs logements que j'ai eu la chance d'habiter en Italie! Très spacieux et propre. À quelques minutes de la gare et encore plus près du centre historique de la ville. Michele a été un très bon hôte et nous à suggerer un excellent restaurant pour aller. Si j'ai la chance de revenir un jour je le ferai sans hésitation!

De accommodatie van Mina is prachtig. Ruim, mooi afgewerkt. Zij heeft er echt aandacht aan besteedt. Prachtige badkamer. Vanaf de eerste stap heeft de accommodatie voor ons een WOW-factor. Alles mooier en beter dan de foto's aangeven. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Dan zit je heerlijk centraal ten opzichte van veel plaatsen zoals; Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, de kust. Verder is Mina vriendelijk gastvrij en reageert altijd en snel. 1 klein minpuntje; er zijn wel wat honden in de buurt. Die hebben ons wel 1 nacht wakker gemaakt/gehouden. Maar de overige 10 nachten hebben wij heerlijk geslapen Deze accommodatie kunnen wij zeker aanbevelen. Wij komen in ieder geval graag terug.

Petit logement agréable et super bien placé. Parfait pour un court séjour dans le coin. Deux points à noter : la douche est très petite. Je pense qu'un grand rugbyman aurait du mal à se doucher. Et le logement n'a pas de fenêtre. Il faut ouvrir la porte sur une rue empruntée par quelques voitures pour avoir de la lumière du jour. Je dirais donc que c'est un logement plutôt idéal pour 1 nuit. Nous avons passé un bon séjour !

Luciana et Dodi sont des hôtes merveilleux, très disponibles et nous réservent un accueil très chaleureux. Des provisions telles que l'huile d'olive, produit de l'exploitation personnelle, amandes, café et autres intentions étaient à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Notre gite était une ancienne étable restaurée avec une grande authenticité dans lequel nous nous sentons bien dès notre entrée. Il est d'une propreté irréprochable et se situe au calme parmi les oliviers avec une vue sur la mer. C'est un gite que je recommanderai sans hésiter à des personnes qui choisiront cette destination. The photographers apartment is an excellent opportunity to stay in the heart of Monopoli overlooking the harbor. Very nice, comfortable apartment that is two flights up from street level. Fabrizio was very helpful, a cheerful person with loads of local information and always available by direct message. We spent 5 nites and were very happy with the accommodations.

The apartment decor, location, parking availability and hosts were all excellent. The digital guide book that was provided was a great resource as we explored Puglia. Highly recommend.

Vito is an amazing host, friendly and welcoming! The language difference isn't a barrier! He ensured our stay run as smooth as possible. The flat is quirky with a lot of stairs and a beautiful rooftop terrasse! Castellana Grotte is a cute town and the best, well in the middle of central Puglia, just 20 min away from Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli...

We had a lovely few days in Emanuele’s property. There was a lot of space, the beds were comfortable, the property was very clean and the location was perfect. The property is well located in the town close to bars and restaurants. The rooftop was beautiful too.

We stayed 5 nights in this house, which is great for 2 people: good beds, good shower, super Wi-Fi and a private parking space in the courtyard which is closed with a gate (automatically operated with remote control). It feels very safe. It is easy to communicate with Domenico and everything became great and clear after we received a link with a video on YouTube (in Italian or English), in which Domenico shows everything from the entrance of the gate of the courtyard and the whole house. We do not experience this often and makes it very easy on arrival so that you know what to expect, what to do and how to get in: just perfect and very well done ! The house was impeccable clean and it provides all the basic needs, only missing a dishwasher (we know this is just a luxury problem....). You do need a car to get around, but that was understood. The neighborhood and the house is located in a quiet area. Very recommended.
