A beautiful rustic house to enjoy a couple in the middle of nature, with the comfort of a modern home. This accommodation breathes tranquility. Charming house, overlooking Puente Genil, in the heart of the city, walking access to shopping and leisure areas. It has a ground floor, living room, kitchen and toilet; first floor with two bedrooms, one of them with a 1.35 bed and another with two 80 beds and bathroom; third floor terrace with views. Parking is available nearby. Next to a public park and areas of interest without having to use a car. The fireplace in the house does NOT work.
