It's an ideal house to enjoy with family and friends. Built on one floor, with the comfort that this entails, its layout allows you to enjoy in company, but with independence. It is located just a 5-minute drive from Cabra's historic downtown, supermarkets, hospital, Via Verde del Aceite (greenway), and hiking trails. The plot is large and completely closed. It is located in the heart of nature, surrounded by olive trees. Come and see it, it will surprise you!

Beautiful restored cottage, located in the center of the village in the heart of the Valle de Los Pedroches. Well-equipped, comfortable and charming. It's much prettier than it appears in the photos. There are 2 plants, but currently only the downstairs floor is available, so there is only 2 guests available, It has a fireplace in the central area of the house and sunny patio in winter. Very cool in summer. The municipal pool is next door and is magnificent.

Our house is a jewel remodeled by Rafael de la Hoz and since March 2022 we have been putting all our love and dedication into being able to rehabilitate it as it deserves, respecting the original design. We are dedicated to design and photography, which makes us travel a lot. Therefore, we can rent it when we are not here. It's a perfect house for families and groups.
