The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, in Uber too, walking not so much but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (it is also not much). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and is always available

Daniel was super attentive and always attentive to what we needed. the House has a great view of the city and a very large and comfortable patio

We were 10 friends and we all really felt the house was made for our enjoyment. The photos do not reflect how good the house is. Amazing sound system, the spectacular pool. The area is great, it's full of restaurants. We are very grateful to the host for having received us.

María José was very friendly and kind to me and my friend. She met us at the apartment and went out of her way to make sure everything we needed was available. She communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure that all was going well. I had told her in one of my messages that I was interested in concerts at the Teatro del Libertador San Martín and she very graciously provided us with tickets and excellent seats to two wonderful concerts. Her generosity was the highlight of our visit. The apartment was in a great location. It was near the “comida por peso” place on Independencia where we were able to take home all of our meals at a reasonable price. Having a kitchen made it easy to prepare everything. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Our stay was most pleasant and María José was a wonderful host.

Apto according to the published and it's even bigger than it looks. Real photos and jacuzzi was tremendous. Everything was excellent! Everything is very neat, clean and cared for! It is located on the top floor of the building making it very safe. It has a very good neighborhood view terrace. It's also very safe at night. Easy and flexible both check-in and Out with very good communication with Pablo, the host who received us from 10 with a lot of kindness and predisposition! Thank you for your experience!

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, everything in it is clean and very well located. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with many and varied businesses, bars and confectionaries. The terrace and pool are great to take advantage of the hot days, very clean water and everything cared for. Not to mention Carina!!! Very kind, attentive and willing that nothing is missing and you feel the best. It's a place I would always come back to, I felt it as a great investment.

hi,zulema de 10, from the moment you rent to when we left was in everything! the apartment was excellent! location best impossible everything absolutely everything close! Downstairs there is a pantry that saves you the day! I would rent again, we were delighted!

The location is very good, close to shops, stores, the terminal is very close, the apartment has several kitchen utensils and more things that are offered, Sergio was very attentive, we really appreciate the flexibility he gave us with the check-out. We would definitely come back. I recommend it.

The place is just like what is described and what you see in photos....the excellent shower, the water comes out strongly,the facilities are modern. The fully equipped kitchen,the refrigerator with freezer is a 10! The gas stove works perfect. The security of the building is excellent. The area has several shops super nearby. Lucia is very kind, attentive to everything and with absolute flexibility for both check-in and check-out! I would choose it again every time I travel!

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Matias' apartment. Everything went perfect. The condition of the apartment was exceptional. Additionally, I found it to be a nice place to stay.

Many thanks to the host. I have never met such a host in Argentina. On the day of eviction, we have a bus only at 19:45, we have 4 suitcases and backpacks with us, so the host allowed us to stay in lived until the time we needed. On the second day, there was a storm and we had a fire in the gas boiler, the host responded to us at 10 pm on how to light it and what to do. Throughout his stay in the apartment, he kept in touch with questions. The place is super cozy and homey and tidy. We really liked it and will remember this apartment and the host with love and gratitude.

A beautiful place and a great location. The terrace is relaxing and a great place to hear the laughter of school children. Paula is wonderful.

Ayelen was quick responding my questions. Very helpful. She gave us great recommendations. Apartmnet was clean and cute. Enough for 2 people to stay. 4 would fit too just be aware spaces are small like most apts in Nueva Cordoba. Great balcony, we used the grill. 10/10. We also used the washer, she had detergent and softener, which was awesome! Walkable, there is a kiosko right next to the building, a plus! Many bakeries, coffee places, restaurants. There is everything around the area, lots of people. Very safe. Would come back.

We spent about two weeks in the apartment. The location is perfect. The security and service was excellent. The apartment is full of light and good ventilation. Whenever we need something, the answers were clear and prompt. Really very grateful for the service and received.
